.... what is a fair price at this mileage and garage condish?

I've talked to Deez-67 and his 3V has treated him well and gave me the vote but I am still a little nervous with this being a 3V.
Should I get it? Just looking for more votes. I was only looking at 07-09 until I saw this one.

It looks really nice, but for just a little bit more (low 20s), you could find a nice 2011 or 2012 GT. It might be worth spending a little more to get the extra go fast!

Clean looking ride. I would ask for better pricing.

Hell I'll sell you a 2008 GT with 23K and 1000rwhp for 22K. :)

I've been happy with my 06 GT.
DEEZ-67 19.03.2020, 01:48
Yeah for sure if you can spend the extra money and get a 2011+ doooo it.

thanks for the replies. I'm mainly just having second thoughts on the 3v engine part of the deal. The rest of the car like. They'll 14k I can get this.

Are there bad stories out there about 3V's or something? I haven't heard of them blowing up or anything.

Seems expensive to me. I personally wouldn't waste my time with < 2011 GT's though.

2 piece spark plugs breaking apart and the cam phaser knock issue is what i've always heard about the 3V 4.6 and 5.4 it's just what I hear from people working at a Ford dealer.

Just replace the spark plugs as soon as you get it. The new ones don't have any problems.

There are no more issues with the 3v than the previous 2V for the Coyote. Just different things to watch out for.
Mattp 19.03.2020, 08:31
I think a coyote is what I'm leaning toward. Much better value. Thanks again
