| quikfox 22.06.2018, 01:04 ok guys i need some help with this one. Its weird so Im gonna explain it the best I can. Best example I have is when exiting and off ramp on interstate the steering seems to catch and then let loose and then catch again. does it going straight too. its a 93 coupe. belt is good, rag joint seems to be good, tensioner is good, IDK whats going on? help foxchassisfreak 22.06.2018, 01:50 Is the steering shaft rubbing the headers? newedge2k 26.06.2018, 22:29 Sounds to me like you have either a handful of bushings going out OR tie rod ends. could possibly be just a simple rack and pinion going south... sounds like the rail gear is and just wore out.... im not ruling out a possibility of a bad steerying shaft either... if it was a bad a tie rod or rods, you have more obvious looseness 100% of the time, if not set the front end on the ground... you also could have excessive caster issue as well. do you have camber/caster plates?
