2007 mustang climate control

I have a 2007 mustang that has been sitting for around 6 months that was hit in the front that i finally got fixed.
I was going to charge the a/c but realized no matter what the climate control is set on it wont blow out any of the vents like it is not getting any power, heat doesnt work either.
I have checked all the fuses and relays and nothing changes. I dont know if it had this problem before the wreck but i figured it happened after the wreck being it has 35,000 miles.

Any ideas would help
