truck acts like its not getting fuel at wot and only builds about 5 pounds of boost anyone know whats going on

Assuming its a 2nd Gen, I'd start with plugs and a fuel filter. Those two will affect performance on these trucks drastically.

i just did that and it didnt do anything i pulled the tune off and i gave me codes saying bank 1 and2 where lean i put it back on and it fixed the lean problem but still acts like it wants to die i can drive it real easy but as soon as it builds any boost it acts like that

Yeah the fuel lines can break or come apart from the pump. They make a billet Y block that is made to fix that prob.

i ran a log on it and it showed my pumps were fine its flooding out

fuel is only 18 psi
