Pre-Load on Rear Suspension

I have a 90 hatch with UPR k-member with coilovers on front (no front sway bar) and UPR coilover conversion on back. I can't get any pre-load in the car. Do I have to take off the rear sway bar?

Don't like how the car sets but I got a little pre-load in it with the rear sway bar on.
