Yeah, it's to set up my new softener. Culligan was absolutely outrageous so I just ordered one off the 'net, but I can't program it until I test the water.

It comes on, blows cold for about 20 seconds, then the air gets warm. I think its the fan motor on the heat pump but I don't know how to test it.
