Here's a little of what I dug up on the accufab surging issues and the 01 cobra motors: my PM discussion with Mr. Mihovetz (Accufab owner) left me feeling like I wasn't going to get ... talking about tps settings... there is a mode called dashpot mode which raises the idle when coasting with the clutch in if over 3mph is read by the VSS and the TPS is at idle position. The TPS is supposed to be at the factory spec of .99 Sometimes lowering it a bit will help ... are you running an aftermarket throttle body? I'm having similar issues with my procharged 01 cobra... just finding out that the accufab & bbk won't always work in boosted applications (idle sticking - surging issues). going back to the stock tb myself - seems to be the only fix. Found on eBay... closing post. In need of a stock 99-01 Cobra throttle body.
