i will say that before i drove on 28's with rubber band's i thought it was gonna be a bad ride, but i drove a yukon on 28's a few weeks ago, and it rode like stock.

That doesn't qualify. Really need's to be 4's(24's) or bigger, 22" rims are very common, vandy, were you looking for the caprice on 26's or 8's that the guy works at tinker, has some brand name on the car?

I've only been to 2 or 3 dyno days at chuck's, like chris said, it's a respect thing, but yes, most likely you will be able to change timing, switch jets, etc. As long as it doesn't take forever.
