Odometer stopped

Csperry84 29.05.2014, 22:12
Ok so I washed the car, and when i was done went to drive around the block, and i notice the odometer stopped, and was not rolling over. So i called oreily, napa, and ford dealer and they r saying im going to have to buy a new instrument cluster! Is there not just a gear in there that i can buy it isnt digital it is analog. Is there not a odometer gear it is for the actual miles

90% chance you just need a new gear.

if you live in MWC, text me, I have some spare instrument cluster parts to rebuild one, I had the same problem and changed out all of the gauges and put in a new gear on my 95 and now everything works after buying multiple clusters. 8******1
