The head to one of my intake bolts that bolt upper to lower snapped off. The good thing is that there is still about 1/4 to 1/2 an inch of the bolt that sticks up when the upper isnt on. How do i go about getting the bolt out. I have soaked it in wd40 and tried to reverse it out with a pair of vice grips, the bolt doesnt want to budge.

Im sure that the bolt is cross threaded, would an easy out still work. I have heard that they are brittle.
