Ford sure. My neighbors don't like privacy fences they all have chain link. 400' of fence is going to suck!

I havent paid for a panel at my casa either. I'd like to replace it with a badass privacy fence. But if they keep replacing it. Why would I waste my money.

you should do a white and black checkered tile floor

Are they gonna build up that pad anymore ? Just looking at the grade on the yard. I have huge drainage issues at my house that I've delt with. Make sure you push up dirt / backfill around the concrete pad. Think about french drains now if you will need them. Did that area ever hold water before ? Just trying to help you man. IF you were closer I would have a load of shale delivered for you .

No but it will be a 6" pad. Builder said it will be OK; I actually asked him about that.

Quick story on the fence.

When we bought the house, it was a new construction. There was a neighbor on one side that already had a fence, and an empty lot next to us. Back fence was not there yet either.

First summer I am mowing and the guy behind us stops me to introduce himself. He mentions putting up a fence and splitting it but neither of us were in a hurry.

So last summer construction begins on the empty lot beside me. Guy behind us was president of the HOA and sent out a letter saying he was forced to move due to a job promotion. About that time either he or the new owner put up a fence, and while the house beside me was still being built they erected a fence too!!!

So hopefully this spring if finances allow I will fence the front. I would wait on someone else to do that too but I think I would be waiting a while
