Rotors are warped, now what?

So I've been having some weird shimmying in the front end of the car, and it pulls when I brake. Took the rotors off and brought them to work and found they are warped. These are what were on the car when I bought it 3 years ago, and O'Reilly's says they are worn down to the point they can't machine them.

What are suggestions on rotor replacements? I am running the factory GT/V6 PBR Brakes, and while I would love to upgrade to the 13" Cobras, not in the budget right now.

Should I just deal with what I have a save up a month or so and get the Cobras, or what?

What are opinions on Slotted Rotors? Some people say they help, some say they don't do anything, and some say they actually make braking worse.

Opinions from the veterans are greatly needed.

Or if anyone knows where a set of Cobra brakes (calipers, rotors, lines, and brackets) are for uber cheap, let me know. I bought a set off Craigslist for $100 about 6 months ago, but then traded them to a buddy for something else. Should've kept them.

My roommate has the Cobra upgrade on his '02 GT and he likes them. It might cost you less to do the Cobra upgrade versus slotted unless you just want to buy new stock rotors.

$350-$500 is the range I am seeing. Trying to find another steal like the ones I bought for $100 bux, then traded to a buddy for a spare motor he picked up for me.

That range you quoted is what I paid for mine barely used just a couple of months ago. Actually, I got cobra calipers, rotors and pads for around $300 off of ebay. I haven't had the chance to put them to the test, but they look a lot better behind the 17" wheels I have instead of the 11's.
