Our 7th Annual OKDHM Float Trip is upon us.
To Eagle Bluff we go. ....
We are leaving Friday July 15th around 5pm. Meet in the crossroads parking lot like last year (where JCPenneys used to be). Leaving OKC area would put us to arrive there before they close the gates. Also would let us set up our tents, consume beverages, build fires etc.
On Saturday morning, we would get up, eat... and go float the river for 12 miles while consuming beverages. Return goof off at our campground, consume beverages, build fires etc.
Return home Sunday morning, stop somewhere and have a group breakfast.
Cost: We will be getting the late night camping package, it is $37.50 per person if you reserve in advance. $42 if you wait to pay when we arrive.
The $37.50 pays for 2 nights of camping and the 12 mile float, in one package.
There is a $10 charge for electric per site, per night. $40 total for both sites, both days. I have to pay this when I prepay so, this will be split up when we get there among everyone.
Please call 1-800-657-4837 and pay for your end of the campsite as soon as possible so that we have confirmed reservations.
When you call, give them the "Confirmation Number: 0950" to get reserved under our area/group reservation. We have site 732 and 733 (we are moved over one spot, away from the poison ivy tree) reserved under my name, Jack Haden.
