dished or flat-top pistons for a budget build??

We are after a "bang for the buck build" with this motor. Should be stick with the "dished pistons, or can flat-tops be used in a 87 5.0 with a mild cam?? Any input would be appreciated guys!!

flat tops unless you are going to turbocharge or supercharge it.
