What you think its worth

Ok guys im sure most of you guys have seen my mustang on here but i really need to get something a littlle newer so one my wife will stop jumping down my throat to well i have a 88 mustang 5.0 t top. I have done some little things to it like i had to replace the head gaskits so when i did it i put bored e7 heads bbk shorty headers and new plugs and wires and a 1/2 inch spacer on the intake but there is one big problem that is the exaust it needs a new one dont have the money to get it done but that is the only thing really i have took it to the track once and it was my first time at a track to but my fastest time was 15.00 flat so it will run in the 14s i couldent hook need new tires thats it but shoot me an offer of what you think it is worth i would like to trade for a newer mustang or a nice truck so tell me what you guys think thanks

2-2350 the way it sits, if you put a few hours of your time and get it cleaned up you could get 3 or more Im sure. A full detail, nice wax job, polish your wheels, clean the engine bay will do wonders for trying to sell it.

ok guys i will take some pics after i clean it up i live on a dirt road so she dont look like that all the time just after we get rain but i think i can get more than that out of it man i think itsw worth more than that

its a nice mustang no doubt, I would offer the truck if it didnt need all that replaced and it had just a little more stuff done to it.

i dont no what i think it is worth man and i am just goin to get the exaust fixed bec it needs it and i am goin to get the rims soon and then i am goin to do some other things to it to so we will see what i can get out of it then

im know im takin a loss on this trade but ill do it just to help you out!

to give you some perspective, I bought my '88 gt 5spd factory sunroof hardtop (OU burgandy w/silver cladding) for $2500. It had 88k OE miles, needed a tune up, fluids changed and some window switches. Everything worked (except the forementioned window switches) including the a/c... aside from the headliner sag, rear coil spring sag, and the hail damage, it was immaculate, and even came with a set of flowmasters.... and a tow hitch ...already installed.

That said, and I do love your car as I've got time into it too, top dollar is gonna be $3k*. Expect most likely $2-$25oo... if I had the money I'd be all over this, as I've been wanting one just like it for years.

It's an uber-cool car, just not uber-rare/valuable.

yea i see were you guys are coming from on the hole thing so i think that i am just goin to do some more little things to it maybe even paint it then try to sell it im getting the exaust done wensday and goin to get the rims today to so i put pics on later
