| cobra13 24.09.2010, 11:03 Its a goal, after watching Marty Chances car run and knowing what it put down last year, 30's shouldnt be to far fetched. Based off the engine RPM and wheel speed, right now he has 15-18% slip in the convertor, at this power level. Get it back down to 5-6% where it should be and it will make big gains at the track. What does that thing weigh? 63T-Bolt 24.09.2010, 11:29 What does that thing weigh?

Remember our silver car was 3,020 with stock front seats and rear seats still in place, door crash beams still in there, and all the back sheetmetal intact, among still having the stock fuel tank. And thats was with chris behind the wheel. There is an easy 100lbs you have taken out that we still had in place. ruger311 24.09.2010, 15:55 Yeah prob but heavier axles wheels turbo plus I'm heavier than chris
Dropped car off this morning for finish sheetmetal arb tabs and rear seat supports should have back early in the week to finish up and get ready for track ruger311 07.10.2010, 15:06 car is back home
weighed 2595# with 53% on nose
this is without front fenders/bumper cover/hood rear 1/4 window, harnesses and seat covers
car is scaled/aligned/arb with preload and suspension setup ready to rock
installed the 1/4 windows last night, removed seats to finish a little more tin work, tore the intake down again, found the intake bolt next to dizzy about finger tight if that, there is my oil spitting issue right there
i check tq on the intake at least 5 times the day i put it on and again the next day before fluid fill, dont know how this one came loose
its all cleaned up ready to go back on tonight
then will start on front wheel studs, gotta replace 3 of them, put the rest of the front on and pretty much done Tims2002GT 07.10.2010, 15:22 Awesome Steve! Still hoping to make tnt friday? ruger311 07.10.2010, 16:56 no TNT friday cancelled for NHRA team finals or something
