Question about rocker arms pleas help!

One of my rocker arms on my 87 gt is makin a ticking sound. Do i just tighten it or torque it or what?

torque....i wanna say its 25 ftlbs but i could be way off its been a long time since ive touched a set of stock rockers

its somethin close to that... if its ticking i doubt it came loose mine used to tick and sound loose then i'd run it through a couple gears and it would quit

ya idk its off and on. when i torque em do i have to like do any preperations or just torque em
