well, i guess it time i finally pony up and post one of these god forsaken threads.

Going to OKC today, moving my dad's mother (family despises her) into assisted living because she thinks she needs it. ( i get a 93 Tbird v8 auto outta the deal, will let mom have it though, she needs a car more than i do)

anyway, last night my dad's dad was lifeflighted from Altus to OKC. heart problems. They installed a pacemaker, he was doing alright last night around 8pm. havnt gotten an update from my dad since then, so i have to assume things are ok.

Going to be a long stressful day. pray for gpa to be better, pray for me to survive the war that will break out between everyone and dads mom.......

thanks everyone.

Oh, Little Brudda...

You will get leaned on and asked for advice and decisions.

Your hair will start turning white.

Family will call on you to handle all their problems.

You will be the "source" for information 24/7.

I am so, so, sorry, you will soon learn the definition of "stress."

Sorry about your hair turning white.

It hurts, Little Brudda, God knows it hurts.

But you gotta maintain. You gotta maintain.

You have family, people, counting on you.

Tag! You're it!

Welcome to my world.

update, crazy bitch is now in assisted living. her stuff is packed and sorted. she has few belongings now, she kept what she wanted.

Grandpa is doing well. Hes off oxygen now, still has an external pacemaker. Potassium levels were in severely high range, caused the issue. Levels are still sky high but they're starting to lower back down now.

Seems he was real sick a week ago, we think he got dehydrated and his kidneys stopped functioning properly. this is the simplest account for the uber high potassium. Things are looking to be ok. We'll see.

Thanks UT, Family is going to start stressing me alot. Dad's mom, gpa, Grandma on moms side all starting to hit the point where everyone knows they wont be around much longer.

Dad himself isnt in great health. He's a 300+ guy, 6'5" has been severely overweight for decades. he's over 65 age wise. He has trouble, and just doesnt seem to get it that he needs to do something now, or its going to get him. He thinks its too late to do anything about it.

within the next 10 years, im going to be burying alot of family. I'll be in my 30s.
