i think so too. for this particular race i would have have had only one rule, car must run overdrive transmission, manual or automatic. that would level the playing field in one fell swoop.

It's a Fuel cell , I seem to remember running out of gas in the regular tank, pulling the relay for it, and hooking up the "nitrous fuel cell", and turning the "nitrous fuel pump" on so we could get to the gas station
